It is so important to recognize that the our minds and bodies are intimately connected. How and what we think influences our health in so many more ways than meet the eyes. What we believe about our bodies is integral to our wellbeing and directly impacts how we live our lives.

As such, I focus not only on movement quality and functional mobility, but the intention and mindfulness that goes into them as key pillars to longterm success.

Working with me will never be specifically about the weight moved or the calories burned, but a more holistic approach focused on learning, growing and improving your overall wellbeing while working towards your goals. For myself and clients alike, I view training as a metaphor for life outside of the gym. A safe space to try, to fail, and to grow because of it. Working out should be about more than just building a better human body, but instead used as one piece in the puzzle that is building better overall human beings.
